This proposal for Private Member’s Club situated in the Business District of Dubai has a footprint of over 40000 sq ft and comprises Club Facilities and Member’s Accommodation.
The building is structured around a courtyard with water features and manicured garden that adds freshness to the Ground Floor and provides a scenery to be looked at from the Guest Suites.
To the outside, the volume is enhanced by corner towers, an entrance portico and a roof terrace that contains further facilities. The Architectural Language follows a stripped and simplified classicism that is linked to traditional Mediterranean and Persian Gulf Architecture.
