The project is the design of a 20,000 sq ft residence in the form of an Ionic Villa based on the principle of the "Villa in the Park" which characterizes the built form in the area of the Highgate Conservation Area. The building was to be set amongst mature oak trees allowing views between the main and adjunct buildings. |
