Villa in Arad
The villa in Arad is currently in scheme design stage, it comprises a sports pavilion, guesthouse and entertainment buildings within the grounds of a classically inspired contemporary villa. The aim here is for the villa to create its own context as the idea of the resort and a refuge where no prior context exists.

The Architectural character of the buildings has taken its clue from the preoccupation of the owner with the renaissance and classical architecture.

Currently at pre-planning stage the master plan for re-organisation of the outbuildings, pool and other pavilions aims to relate the house with it’s grounds and link which has currently been lost through unsympathetic additions of out houses, stables and other leisure facilities. The route from the house through the grounds traverses, parterres and spaces which are linked by the pavilions or other architectural elements.
